Lyle's Birthday

Jordan was really sick for Lyle's birthday and the rest of us are getting it but we still had a wonderful day!!!

We started off by having Texas French Toast.  Yummy!!!

Then we went to Target (Lyle had been wanting to go for weeks!).  Then we went to the Mall in Provo.  We got Calvin a new hat at the Gap and Lyle got me some nice things at JCPenney with our Rewards gift cards through Wells Fargo.  Then we had lunch at Subway.  

We stopped by home, repacked our bags then headed out to the Discovery Park by The Purple Turtle.  It WAS AWESOME!!  Calvin found some funny mirrors and Lyle captured some great pictures!

Then we went to Hee Haw Farms in American Fork.  It was so fun!!!  Lyle took Calvin on a little tractor train ride thing, we fed goats (who were like in attack mode...they were going crazy...we had to get out of there faster than planned.)  Before leaving the petting area, we got to see a mommy and her baby pigs, got to pet some almost baby pigs, and see chickens and bunnies.  There was a cow having a baby while we were there too.  It ended up being still born :(.  We then went on a hayride that took us too a huge pumpkin patch where we each picked out a cute little pumpkin (we already bought big ones at the store :( ).
Before we left, Lyle got a bunny out of its cage and helped Calvin hold it.

Calvin got to ride a pony named Bear.  Calvin remembers the guy telling us that Bear sometimes bites his leg :)

We actually picked them off the vine!!!

THANK YOU HEE HAW FARM!!! WE LOVE YOU!!

We grabbed Arctic Circle on the way home for dinner (they had Pumpkin flashlights in the kids meals, and Lyle has been dying to get one:).  

We came home, ate dinner, took baths, sang happy birthday to Lyle, and drank our Blueberry Grape Sparkling juice.  It was a great day!!!
